i have been eating mostly whole foods this summer with lots of greens and fruits.
i am about to complete a ten day liver flush that i talked about in the previous post.
i am wondering where to go from here. i feel pretty toxic - so i don't want to over do it.
i quit smoking cigarettes a year and some months ago - and eat lots of sugar - otherwise im pretty good.

Re: cleansing the organs
Thu, July 19, 2007 - 1:31 AMHey! How ya doin? How's the puppy?
I'm not sure where to go after your liver flush but I would really take it easy on your body right now and don't do anything extreme. Whatever liver support herbs and vitamins you are taking you should keep taking and taper any doses down if your not going to continue.
Good luck!

respiratory
Mon, September 3, 2007 - 3:30 PMI'm feeling the same way. My lungs/ respiratory system are in really bad shape. I'm working on daily breathing exercises, but I started researching a little on building up the respiratory system. Any feedback on these herbs and maybe a good tea would be awesome.

This I know as a colon therapist is very true. When you have seen what I have seen you would this is trueth. The toxin are even in the air we breath.
A PRISTINE WORLD
This is what Dr. Leonard Smith, MD, of Florida had to say on toxicity of the body. “Even if we lived in a pristine world with no chemicals, no pollution, pure water, and pure food, still, with the passage of time we would experience cellular toxicity.”
