Re: Gross!
Tue, April 3, 2007 - 3:25 PMDo you recommend it?
What is to expect ?
Is it something manageable while working? Tiring?
I did the Master Cleanse many times but never did a colon cleanse and I really would like to give it a try.
Thanks -

Re: Gross!
Fri, April 6, 2007 - 12:38 AMThere goes my lunch! Anyone who can go through a week of sipping water, fruit juice, and eating pretty much nought has got my thumbs up for either being strong willed or stubborn. For me drinking my Puerh Cha daily is more than enough of a cleanse - it's allowing me to take care of business in the toilet on a daily basis, frankly that's enough.

Fri, April 6, 2007 - 8:31 AMVarat,
What I'm getting at is what else can produce these results consistently in terms of a cleanse?
Drinking tea is just that.
It's just not the same as having a total gut cleaning cleanse...

Re: Gross!
Mon, April 16, 2007 - 1:03 PMi am on day 5 of the cleanse....
and that makes day 2 of the liquid fasting.
i feel ok! not as hungry as i would have thought.
i am already seeing the mucoid plaque they describe...
definitely....
gross!!!
heh
but i am wondering if it is simply the toxin absorber (fiber) mixed with apple juice ? ? ? -

Re: Gross!
Mon, April 16, 2007 - 5:11 PMThere should be a way to find out if it is a mix of what you just ingested or indeed the mucoid plaque.
Interesting. I was wondering that myself.
I am wondering : can the bathroom trips be anticipated or do you need to be always at home.
How does that part goes. Is it possible to manage daily occupations, be outside etc...?
Thank you Heather for the update... and Bravo (you are almost there.)

Re: Gross!
Mon, April 16, 2007 - 5:39 PMthe mucoid plaque is just like they describe! EW
but.... how do i know who to trust?
medical doctors? or people selling a product?
as for making it to the toilet....
i need to GO when nature calls...
but yes! its totally doable and nothing too intense.
ive been able to manage bathroom trips without any trouble.
i worked the first 3 days
and so far did the first 2 fasting days at home.
i will let you know how being back at work goes! -

Re: Gross!
Mon, April 23, 2007 - 8:06 AMyay!!! i made it through the cleanse!!!
an interesting experience for sure!
and it was not as hard as i expected....
working was a little difficult because i had less energy towards the end of the 8 days
but still totally manageable.
the only problem i had was getting back on food.
it took me a few days....
but my boyfriend had no problem.

Re: Gross!
Thu, May 3, 2007 - 8:21 AMhi.
i'm a colon hydrotherapist., and i totally love blessed herbs.
i love the company, their integrity, their ingrediant quality - everything about them.
that said, it can be a tough week on that cleanse -
if your bowels don't move so well on their own, the psyllium may clog and bloat you up -
so be sure to have enema equipment available,
or better yet work witha colon hydrotherapist to set up a colonic schedule during your cleanse.
you can even do daily colonics during something that short.
i also really love (and favor) arise and shine's 28 day cleanse, or ejuva's 28 day cleanse.
but blessed herbs is great if you don't have 28 days to committ to booty boot camp.
you can also pm me if you would like info on either coffee enema's, how to do an enema, what is a colonic, or autointoxication.
happy to share my info. -

Re: Gross!
Fri, September 21, 2007 - 11:53 PMHow did it go Y ? Anything to share ? I just ordered the Blessed Herbs myself.
This summer was harsh on the digestion w/ lack of exercise and too much eating out. I thought I would naturally "normalize" but it ain't happening. Time to officially cleanse. Ahhh....
