Hi,

I'm doing an elimination cleanse. I'm having a hard time distinguishing a normal reaction to eating a food vs a sensitive reaction to eating a food. i was wicked gassy after eating lentils for the first time in a while yesterday. but is that just normal? i got more post nasal drip too. and today i ate goat cheese and got a lot more post nasal drip. but what i'm really worried about are the foods that will give me acne and make me puff up or gain weight. how can i tell if for instance lentils and goat cheese are those kind of foods? is post nasal drip indicative? i'm just the kind of person who gets lots of post nasal drip anyway... i guess the question is... how long till you see a reaction? thanks for your help!
