Thu, September 13, 2007 - 11:34 AMAPPLE CIDER VINAGER SHOTS IN THE MORNING!!! I swear, this stuff really does it.
and also a small glass of lemon water about 10-15 mins before meals. This helps regulate hydrochloric acid release, and ques the gallbladder... gets it back on schedule.

Thu, October 11, 2007 - 6:59 PMThere's an olive oil/lemon cleanse. It can make you nauseous, but supposedly works.
I opted for the slower less painful method of Li Dan Pian (chinese herbs). Takes a few months, but better than the alternative. -

Mon, October 15, 2007 - 12:59 AMI think it's olive oil and grapfruit. The difference is important because grapefruit in neither positive or negative. It's important to be clear of parasites before you do this and you can buy electronic zapper's now do handle this.
Parasite's survive in relation to emotions believe it or not such that if we FEEL vulnerable, a physical parasite can find a comfy home in us.
I recently learned about Mind Body medcine in a most revealing way when the clinician said, "How much are you willing to let go of today?" She was not referring to money. Literally the physical repair is dependent on my emotional choice.
