Criteria for a Cleansing Program
In my 25 plus years of clinical experience in nutritional counseling and internal cleansing I found it necessary to develop essential guidelines for an effective cleansing program that could meet the following minimum standards:
Clear toxic waste and mucus out of the body, which is a problem source that may develop into a difficult disease process.
Give clients foods (herbs) that are of the highest vibratory quality that can rebuild the vital parts of the body.
Provide herbal formulas and corrective aids to facilitate the healing and regeneration of the whole body.
The foundation for natural healing to take place is that you must thoroughly cleanse your organs of elimination and your bloodstream before you can expect anything else to work!
PILA - It must be easy to use and convenient.
There should not be any cleansing reactions.
What to expect during a mineral cleansing.
When we start using minerals and elements, we can expect some startling occurrences within a few days. The minerals and elements goes to work immediately by loosening the hardened feces on the walls of the large intestine and gradually sweeping it out of the body. If we are not repulsed to look at what’s leaving our body, we’ll be surprised to see a lot of mucus and all the different colors of debris. It’s hard to believe that all these things could actually be lurking inside us. What’s even more shocking is that among the different colors and shapes people often notice various forms of parasites.

Re: Who Needs Internal Cleansing?
Wed, April 25, 2007 - 1:53 PMGreat entry Wilburn. I'd like to add that it's essential when doing internal cleansing work, particularly with intestinal cleansing, that electrolyte minerals be taken in concentrated amounts before, during and after to avoid bone loss, and other negative effects. Most folks don't k now how critical the electrolyte connection is in our health. Trace minerals are not the same as elec's and without elec's, our body is forced to buffer acids by leaching phos, mag, sod and cal from bones, joints and other bodily fluids, tissues and organs to maintain that proper blood pH of 7.4 which is the 3rd most important metabolic function our body performs(next to our heart beating and our breathing).
The other really important thing to address during internal cleansing is loads of probiotics during and after and for some folks even before. I've heard so many sad stories of folks that had terrible digestive problems after a cleanse simply because they neglected (or weren't guided by the program they purchased) to get a good bacterial implant post cleanse.
Happy cleansing! -
