Hey all,
I have been interested in cleases for awhile now, but haven't done one yet. I would be interested in suggestions for first time cleansors. One other problem I have: I work full time during the week, and I've read that one should be on vacation while cleansing. Is this true? My job requires full mental awareness(I work for a financial institution) so would it be best that I do something like this during a vacation? I don't want to wait that long....hence the question. And also, what's the master cleanse? it sounds very inspiring! and good for you to everyone who's currently cleansing. I wish you power!

I have an all natural cleanse that you can do while working, it's very gentle and it actually makes your awareness higher and mind sharper. There are 4 fasting days in the month and you do them on your busiest days so you don't think about food. On the fasting days you can actually eat small portions of fruit and almonds to satisfy. Go to this website: www.stephenmiholick.isagenix.com and click on the isavideos link then watch the 1st and 3rd videos for a complete explanation. My wife and I are on day 16 and we've had to buy smaller size pants and my psoriasis is clearing for the first time in 15 years. The difference between this cleanse and others is this cleanse is 'all natural' and it triggers the bodies intelligence to do the work and the first place you cleanse is around the vital organs which control 'all' the bodies functions. Once these vital organs are cleansed then the body and mind have balance restored. One more thing is this program is very gentle to the system unlike the others. I work at a fitness center and deal with people all day and I have been able to handle the stresses of the job better since day 1 of the program.

Many Blessings with whatever cleanse you choose. Let me know if you have any questions? Click 'contact me' at the above website I mentioned.

    Peace
    Steve
