Thu, March 15, 2007 - 10:39 AMI'm a cleansing coach and have coached a few people that have quit or are trying to quit smoking. You can get an idea of the products from our marketing web site: www.gocleanse.com/first. It will talk ALOT about weight loss, but it also is a total body cleanse. The tobacco that you used in the past didn't only affect your brain and lungs. The chemicals also flowed through your blood and affected your kidneys, liver, intestines and so on.
If you'd like more information on this let me know. I wish you the best! and congrats on quitting the habit!!!! WAY TO GO!!! -

Fri, March 16, 2007 - 11:21 PMAloha Carla,
give thanks that you are taking the steps to free your lungs brain and heart body of past residue. Periodic juice fasting, phasing with the ebb and flow of the moon is a great way to enhance the bodies natuarl mechanisms to detox. Specifically for the lungs you can increase cardiovascular and tonifying pranayama exercises (in fresh clean environment) to bring your focused heart mind divine intention to clear the lungs, allow the alchemy to help, also mullein is a great expectorant that will halp bring it up. On the sonic yoga front, deep tuvan throat chanting will help as well.
thank god-us and your intention to be whole
