Hey there Jujubird! Did you know that you can take 2 bottles of GT's Daves kombucha, pour them together in an open container, leave them out for about a week in a semi warmish room and a culture (also called a scobie....like ear "lobe"- ee) will grow from that? It's true. I've done it on accident in my car many a time.
