Tiao He Cleanse

Hello,
I am looking for a natural cleanse and was recommended the Tiao He Cleanse. It is a product sold by Nature's Sunshine...not sure if it is also available at a Chinese Herb Store - does anyone have experience with this cleanse or would you recommend a different one? I am looking to detox, loose a few pounds, clean my system to have more energy and feel good.
