Soo.. I have no idea what is going on inside of my body...every time I eat I get ridicuosly tired, like my body just shuts down. It has been going on like this for 3 months. I am a recovering Bulimic and have had many teeth pulled out. I eat extrmemely clean and healthy. I am not sure what the best viable option for testing what is wrong so i can heal it...

How would you define "extremely clean"?

Have you been tested for food allergies?

You could be eating organic foods, but you could be eating "clean" foods that you're allergic to nonetheless.

You may want to look into whether your diet is appropriate for your blood type as well.

You say you're eating "clean" but are you sure you're getting all the *nutrition* your body needs?

Is your diet rich in Trace Minerals?

Have you cleansed your body on a cellular level before to rid it of virulent toxins past and present?

Btw, what did you begin to do differently starting 3 months ago?

As far as testing goes, "Touch for Health" aka "Applied Kinesiology" aka "Muscle-Testing" is a method you can use if you can find a practitioner of it in your area.

...Also, as a sidenote of curiosity, do you have Roman ancestry?
I ask because the Romans seemed to have pioneered bulimia,
but then again, I'm curious if that was a practice in every culture of excess throughout time?

Of course bulimia is usually a condition brought on by psychological reasons, but that's not
to say it may not be related to the "programming" passed down through generations by blood.

    Hi Ash,

Sunyata asked you very important questions.

One thing I noticed.. if you had many teeth pulled out.. do you chew your food now? Some digestion begins in mouth with chewing and chemicals in saliva..

Trace minerals are very important and easy to not remember.

    Good for you for posting.
