Thanks, some of the people on other tribes think I'm whacked. But we cannot always go out and pick fresh natural herbs ourselves. Nothing grows here in Vegas, and I have cement for a backyard. Everyone has there opinion, I just wish most were like yours, adding their opinion without nasty attacks, thanks again.

As a medical provider, I always tell my patients to use a whole food vitamin. It just makes sense.

When I first started studying herbs for the sake of my health problems, I came accross the statement that whole foods supplements were best.. Really didn't understand the difference back then between those synthetic vitamins available and stuff more natural.

But now I try to take as much whole food supplements as possible my two favorites are brewyers yeast, and alfalfa. Which I believe everyone should take, the first helps control blood sugar, plant protein, B12 vitamins, kills live yeast cells, it's so uncelebrated.

The next, so many minerals, it's like eating a couple of salads a day, helps with being regular, that's good too. The newest one I came accross was blue green algae, not spirulina, which is great too. But something called AFA, I started taking this capsule which comes from an extract.

The buzz is that this concentrated AFA helps your body release stem cells from your own bone marrow. Now there is research behind this, which I feel everyone should read to be informed. I have heard such great things about it from people who are suffering with several ailments. I have noticed increased energy and less joint pain.

I don't know what else it will do, but I really look forward to living a more normal life again. If you want to know where I got this stuff from, look on my profile under the first link listed. They will send you more information about this stuff, and a free e-book about it also. I am really excited about this new whole food supplement.
