Day One

I am starting a 9 day Isagenix cleanse today. I have done other cleanses and really wacked my body out of balance so I am hoping this is going to be a good one. They say it balances the brain chemistry and helps you cleanse at the same time so blood sugar doesn't drop and because it has all of these minerals and vitamins in it the cleansing symptoms aren't as bad.

My friend read John Gray's book Mars Venus Diet and Exercize program and did it and he loved it and looks super vibrant! I just got the audio book and it is very interesting. It talks about how women are low in seretonin and men are low in dopamine and how nutrition can balance brain chemistry. I figure after years of "raving around" I need a little balancing.

It was a little on the pricey side, but I signed up with them and got a discount.

I just had my first shake and I am going to go for a walk.
