my acupuncturist recommended an apple juice diet before the equinox for this year - but i haven't done it and don't know anything more - except the time is right.

yes i have done this cleanse. it is amazing!!! i felt very rejuvenated!!! it is in the book The Amazing Liver Gallbladder Flush by Andreas Moritz. ((i just posted about this book yesterday, you may want to look for the post)) Anyways... he also gives you the option of using organic apple cider vinegar or organic cranberry juice which i use instead of apple juice. there is way too much sugar in that apple juice for my body. i have seen other version of this cleanse but i will only ever follow his because i know it works. for the 6 days prior you also do not want to eat any meat, dairy or really hot or cold foods... also not caffeine or alcohol. so basically you will eat like a vegan and very clean. i definately reccomend the book. not only is it really interesting but it is something you can use for the rest of your life. good luck!!!
