Mucoid plaque is not a myth!!!

I use a colema board, and I pass mucoid plaque every time I do a colema.

Also, the first time I ate a "carrot beet cabbage" salad (Dr. Randolph Stone's "Intestinal Broom" salad), after eating raw food for a month and doing my first 6-day juice cleanse, just the salad caused me to pass mucus.

What's a colema board? Well, I haven't looked around on this tribe a lot yet, so I don't know if there's been discussion of it., but to me, a colema board is an essential part of every cleanse I do. There are three ways to physically clean the colon: enemas, professional colonics, and colema boards. The colema board is 95% as effective as a professional colonic (the 5% being that you can't reach all the places to do the massage that a colon hydrotherapist would do -- I massage what I can reach); and the colema process is much more comfortable than either of the other two options, such that I have actually fallen asleep on the thing while my colon continued to get gently washed.

        Have a look:
the link won't post properly because there's a question mark in it, so change "(question mark)" to the symbol "?"

Mucoid plaque is not a myth. Ask millions of people who have done colon/intestinal cleanses. You can see pictures of it at many colon cleansing websites. When the body is continually subjected to acid forming foods, the body's defense response is to produce a mucus type substance that will protect you from that offending substance. If that happened occasionally, your body could then remove that mucus with pancreatic juices within a day or so. But because the onslaught of acid forming foods(anything other than produce) is so continuous, this mucus that is formed begins to build up, transit of food through the intestines slows way down, feces become sticky and more and more gunk builds up in the intestinal tract. There you have it: MUCOID PLAQUE.

I didn't believe mucoid plaque was real as well, until i did a 2 month regimen of colon cleansing.. During the first week, my bowels looked normal, but in the 2nd, I started eliminating mucoid plaque, and even parasites. It felt like a normal bowel movement, but when I saw what was in the toilet, I was shocked.. I had no idea my colon were so clogged..

I definitely recommend you do a colon cleansing regimen to believe for yourself.. Make urself P&B shakes, and follow the regimen strictly for a month.. by the 2nd week, you should be seeing mucoid plaque.

      Here's a regimen you can follow: www.colonzone.org/bowel-cle...egimen.php
