Our 21 day cleanse is a healthy and sane approach to detoxification. You can choose to join a group or meet one on one with a doctor. We provide you with the guidance and information you need to safely detoxify your body and identify hidden food allergies.
Detoxification is appropriate for anyone who is looking to take control of their health to increase overall vitality; as well as for those with food allergies, candida, autoimmune diseases, and environmental burdens such as heavy metal and chemical exposure.

The 21 day Cleanse is guided by Dr. Murphy or Dr. Yoon, both California licensed Naturopathic Doctors who have extensive training and experience in natural detoxification. Natural Medicine Works has helped hundreds of people to safely complete this detox and unleash their full vitality.
Pricing
Group-The fee to participate is $75. This includes 3 follow-up meetings of 45 minutes and access to our Yahoo group where we can answer your questions. You can join a group (see below) or form your own group of 2-5 people.
Individual-An individual session costs $300 and includes an initial visit of one hour and three follow-ups of 20 minutes which can be either in the office or by phone/email. We provide you with access to our Yahoo group where we can answer your questions.
We create a supportive environment for you and medical guidance before, during and after the detox. Upon registration you will be provided with a detailed information packet that contains recipes for every meal during the entire 21 day period, food shopping lists and a generous amount of information to help support you in the detoxification process.

i think the idea is not to eliminate protein, but to eliminate foods with animal products the first week, then cooked, then finally liquids, then you slowly add foods one at a time into your diet to be able to see where you might have reactions to certain foods.im doing this cleanse actually, and i find it really good from time to time.When i eliminate animal foods for just one whole week, i honestly begin to even have better breathing. feel clearer, see clearer. dream better. then raw, then in the last week, if i cant do just liquids then i go back to raw.then after the 21 days i start adding cooked foods and animal foods back into my diet again slowly. i like it. but this time im going to try to stop eating meat and leave it out of my diet as much as possible.cuz there is a recognizable difference in my health when im on meat.

Thu, July 19, 2007 - 12:10 AMThere are so many different ways to cleanse and everyone I meet has a different approach to detoxification diets.
Some people think that our detox is all raw foods, others think of the Master Cleanse, a vegan diet etc.
The fact is that on our 21 Day Detox Diet you can and do eat fish and chicken if you want for some of the days. We also cook 50-75% of our food, sometimes for hours as in kichadi's. Also, at no time do we limit protein and never 'fast', which is another common misbelief.
The Allergy Elimination or testing of foods that you refer to is a great way to find out what your food intolerances are. The plan is to identify the food allergy, eliminate from your diet for 6-12 months and then bring it back slowly. Three years ago I was terribly allergic to potatoes and soy. Following this plan I can now eat these foods again, in limited numbers on a rotation basis, but I can still enjoy them.
In the end that is what it is all about: enjoyment and getting to know yourself.
