I met a man named Lenny that did the Isagenix cleanse and said it is very gentle. Not only did he lose 13 pounds but his allergies 'went' away. The cleanse is all natural with no sugars and it doesn't taste that bad. Of course everything that works usually tastes like crap but this was not bad at all.
